Drudge report says it all. The article doesn't say much, except that the United States is bad, Bush is the devil, Republicans suck, and the damn WORLD wants a Democrat, it doesn't matter who it is.

Oh and, apparently some foreigners want to vote in our election because we are a super power and our choice of a leader so impacts the world, the world wants a chance to pick that leader, too.

Makes my brain hurt.
